I came across Outshine back in 2014. I worked for an Apprenticeship company then and Audrey was asked to come in and deliver a 2 day telephone training course with us. From the moment she walked through the door, she had an amazing presence and confidence about her that made me think, this is going to be good, and she didn’t disappoint! She converted the most sceptical very quickly and soon had the whole room engaged. We also had another training session a few months after which was just as brilliant! I am now Head of Recruitment Services at the University of London with a team of 7 consultants. Having recently undergone a slight restructure, I decided to engage Audrey’s services to deliver a 2 day “New Sales Calls” training with them in January. The recruitment experience varies within the team, some have had experience in new sales calls, others didn’t. Audrey’s approach even before the training, was extremely professional and organised. Audrey took time to get to know the team and wanted to know their expectations and what they wanted to get out of the training and tailored the training programme to encompass their needs.

The feedback from my team was just what I expected. All the consultants said how brilliant and knowledgeable Audrey was. Her great experience within the HE sector was very apparent. She had managed to engage with them very quickly and managed to hold their attention and commitment throughout the 2 days when most may have lost interest. Audrey has an inept way of making you think about things and how/why you do them and gives you the tools to make very positive changes.
